Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of simplepacific.com and any request you send through this site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Paid sessions are also confirmed by email after we accept a request and receive payment. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a session confirmation we send you, the confirmation governs that session.
1. Who we are
Simple Pacific is an advisory practice based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Email: hello@simplepacific.com
We help 10–50 person Alberta marketing agencies make AI useful in real work. We do not sell software and we do not implement tools.
2. The website
This site is for general information and to receive session requests. Articles and examples are general in nature. They are not a substitute for a paid session and are not legal, tax, accounting, or technology-implementation advice.n risk.
3. Sessions
Our current public sessions are:
-
Discovery Conversation (45–60 minutes)
-
AI Snapshot (60–75 minutes)
Sending a request does not book a session. We review each request for fit. If we proceed, we will confirm the session, fee, time, and payment method by email. The session is booked only after payment is received.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
-
Discovery Conversation: CAD $175
-
AI Snapshot: CAD $375
Fees are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added if required.
4. Payment
We accept Interac e-Transfer and card payment through Stripe (or a similar processor). Do not send card numbers by email.
5. Cancellation and refunds
-
Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice and we will refund the session fee or apply it to a new time.
-
Less than 48 hours’ notice, or a no-show, and the fee is not refunded. We may offer one reschedule at our discretion.
-
If we cancel, we will refund the fee in full or book a new time, at your choice.
6. What sessions are — and are not
Sessions are practical advisory conversations. They do not guarantee savings, revenue, adoption, or any other business result. You remain responsible for decisions in your firm, including how you use AI, what you show clients, and what your team implements.
We do not provide legal, privacy-compliance certification, tax, or software-implementation services.
7. Confidentiality and client materials
We do not need your clients’ confidential files for a Discovery Conversation or AI Snapshot. If you share an example, you may remove names and identifying details.
We will not use your firm name, your clients’ names, or your materials in our marketing without your permission.
You keep ownership of materials you share. You give us a limited right to use them only to deliver that session and related follow-up.
